*Kid’s Mad Dash is FREE!*

Run, walk, or do both in the 5K, 1 Mile, or Kids Dash. The 5K is a timed event. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash will not be timed. Strollers are welcome.

8:45 a.m. – 1 Mile Run/Walk

9:00 a.m. – 5K Starts

10:00 a.m. – Kids Mad Dash Starts

Please plan to be at the start line 10 minutes prior to your Start Time wearing your race number on the front of your shirt.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a beautiful country run in the charming town of Kelly, North Carolina. The race will begin and finish at the Kelly Ballpark. All proceeds benefit the Kelly Fire Department.

The race includes the 5K, 1 Mile Walk/Run, and a Kids Dash around the ballpark. This is the perfect race for the entire family.

Immediately following the race, stick around for the annual Kelly Spring Festival with lots of music, games, food, bounce houses, face painting, and arts and crafts booths.

Proceeds from the Kelly Fire Department Spring Fest Run at the Kelly Spring Fest benefit the Kelly Fire Department. Help support our first responders!

RACE SHIRTS:
Participants who register by April 11, 2016 are guaranteed a race shirt. Shirts will be available to participants who register after April 11 on a first come first serve basis at the race. Shirts are a cotton/polyester blend in sizes Youth Small – Youth Large, and Adult Small – XXL. Shirts are unisex cut.

FAQ & GUIDELINES
Waiver: The Registration Agreement & Liability Waiver is linked to the Online Registration. This must be selected and approved during registration.

Packet Pick-Up: Family or Friends may pick-up your Race Packet at Packet Pick-Up.

On-Site Registration: Registration is available starting one hour prior to race start. It closes 20 minutes prior to start.

Timing: Jaguar Bib Chip Timing will be used to time this race

Weather: This race is rain or shine. It will be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled if a severe weather warning is in effect.

Refunds: Refunds requested by participant are as follows (minus credit card processing fee):
More than 60 days from event: Full Refund
Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days from event: 50% Refund
Less than 30 days, but more than two weeks from event: 25% Refund
Less than two weeks from event: No Refund
Entries are not transferable to other races Timed by Go Time as each race is organized by a different group. We must stick to this policy as race items have been purchased based on current registrations and it is not fair to choose who receives a refund and who does not.
